Trade Agreements Between Canada And Switzerland

1. The contracting parties consider all issues that may arise in the course of their agricultural trade in accordance with this agreement and seek appropriate solutions. Issues affecting the functioning of the free trade area between Canada and EFTA states may also be discussed in the Joint Committee established by Article 26 of the Free Trade Agreement or in a relevant subcommittee or working group established by Article 9 of the Free Trade Agreement or by the Joint Committee.
